We offer individualized physical therapy that combines hands-on treatment, biomechanics, and thoughtful problem-solving to address pain and improve movement. Our Foundational Strength Program bridges the gap between physical therapy and personal training, helping you build strength with confidence. We also offer movement-focused Pilates led by skilled instructors who prioritize quality, control, and proper technique.
Movement is vital. A good quality of life is difficult to attain if pain is limiting even your daily tasks, let alone preventing a consistent movement program. The more efficiently your kinetic chain is moving, the less stress and strain you will place on your joints and soft tissue. Often times where you are hurting is not the source of the dysfunction and determining the cause can be somewhat of an art, blending knowledge of biomechanics with hands-on skills. We are here to problem-solve your pain.

Our Foundational Strength Program bridges the gap between physical therapy and traditional personal training. Beginning with an individualized movement assessment, we address breathing, mobility, and biomechanical imbalances before writing a foundational program specific to your dysfunctions. The result is a personalized program that helps you move better, feel more confident and prevent the injuries that can happen as a result of loading an insufficient system.
Joseph Pilates said, "Physical fitness is the first requisite to happiness." Unfortunately, life is not conducive to balanced movement and proper form is not inherent knowledge for the majority of us. Our instructor believes that confidence to move with better posture, flexibility, and strength translates to a better quality of life. With options for private lessons, duets or mat classes, we will help your body to find foundational strength and flexibility. You'll be amazed at the emotional strength that can result.

Our full-body red and near-infrared light therapy provides a relaxing, noninvasive way to support cellular energy, healthy circulation, muscle recovery, and skin health. Sessions can be used independently or as a complement to physical therapy, strength training, Pilates, and your overall wellness routine.
